Our Palm Coast Clinic, located at 6 Office Park Drive, Palm Coast, FL 32137, is open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 7:30pm, Saturday 8:00am to 5:30pm, and Sunday 8:00am to 2:30 pm. And our Pinnacles Clinic, located at 140 Pinnacles Drive, Palm Coast, FL 32164, is open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:30pm, Saturday 8:00am to 5:30pm, and Sunday 10:00am to 4:30 pm.
